Job Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain Oregon Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to obtain OLCC Server's Permit within 30 days of hire
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant or lounge environment
  • Strong service-oriented background
  • Availability to work on weekends
  • Ability to work part-time
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and pleasant work atmosphere

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume restaurants or lounges is strongly preferred
  • Strong service-related background and hospitality mindset
  • Ability to accommodate diverse customer personalities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Previous experience with MICROS POS system is strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Interact with customers and take their orders
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with bartender and kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section
  • Communicate effectively with lounge and kitchen staff
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
  • Assist other servers as needed
