Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending preferred
- Able to secure all mandatory alcohol service certifications as required by company and local or state authorities
- Capable of intermittent lifting, conveying, pushing, or pulling loads weighing up to 25 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Enjoys a fast-moving and engaging work environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending preferred
- Proficiency in bartending fundamentals, cocktail recipes, and modern trends within the industry
- Able to secure all mandatory alcohol service certifications as required by both Aramark and local or state authorities
- Shows remarkable hospitality with a friendly demeanor and comprehensive knowledge of beverages
- Shows prowess in managing various responsibilities concurrently, emphasizing precision and thoroughness
Job Duties
- Offer salutations to patrons, record their selections, and manage monetary transactions including credit card and cash payments
- Combine and serve an assortment of cocktails and mocktails for patrons
- Provide servers with drinks from the service well if it is part of the process
- Adhere to the set guidelines for alcohol service and responsible drinking practices, including the verification of customers' ages to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for consuming alcoholic beverages
- Comply with the cash management policies and procedures in place
- Organize and disassemble workstations, with a focus on sanitizing and tidying up
- Monitor stock quantities and ensure proper product stocking levels
- Offer outstanding guest service by foreseeing guests' needs and prioritizing their satisfaction
- Show a cheerful disposition when engaging with guests, clients, and team members
- Ensure the protection of company property
