Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to guests in a friendly and positive manner by giving spirited attention and offering all products and focusing on overall guest satisfaction
- Meet and greet guests with pleasant smile and enthusiastic attitude
- Provide ongoing, nurturing attention to guests' satisfaction
- Communicate with accuracy and friendliness to guests and co-workers to serve beverages with repetitive motions
- Charge and give change
- Walk, bend, stand, carry/balance serving tray for 95% of shift
- Finalize transactions with multiple point of sales systems including cash, comp, credit cards, and tokens
- Maneuver, reach, and stoop in bar area to obtain necessary beverage ingredients and products
- Work individually or in tandem with all duties
- Read and utilize cleaning products appropriately
- Operate banks and register and use math skills for banking
- Maneuver weights of up to 20lbs
- Have working knowledge of all specialty glassware for beverages
- Have a sense of urgency
- Have product knowledge of alcohol, liquors, and wines to communicate products to guests and co-workers
- Perform all relative miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager
