Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have TIPS certification
- Experience in hospitality, bar, or restaurant environment preferred
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service under pressure
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards
- Professional demeanor and reliability in attendance and appearance

Job Duties
- Take and accurately process guest beverage orders
- Serve alcoholic beverages including shots, bottled beer, draught beer, and mixed drinks in accordance with legal and company standards
- Sell unopened alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption when permitted
- Handle guest payments, process sales, and provide accurate change
- Arrive for scheduled shifts on time, in uniform, and ready to work per company standards
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable alcohol service laws
- Greet and engage guests warmly to create a welcoming environment
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership
- Other duties as assigned
