Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must comply with all health codes and regulations
- Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends
- Must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
Job Qualifications
- Highschool diploma/GED
- Previous cocktail service experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must have and maintain an Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training
- Knowledge of casino environment preferred
Job Duties
- Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Promote and record orders for drinks, reciting selections of all "call", and "premium" brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to customer in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes, preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer
- Check identification of guests in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
