Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal minimum age for alcohol service
- ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
- basic math skills
- constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- ability to lift, balance and carry trays weighing up to 35 pounds
- visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills

Job Duties
- Greet guests, communicate with drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders
- serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system
- pick up drink orders and deliver to guests
- observe and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional service
- prepare and deliver the guest checks
- accept and process payment or direct guests to the cashier
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
