Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably two to three years of serving experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- age 21 or older as required by law
Job Qualifications
- preferably two to three years of previous serving experience at a large hotel or comparable restaurant
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and work in a high volume environment
- capability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- serve beverage and cocktail items to guests according to hotel standards
- maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items to answer customer questions
- use pre-approved selling techniques for premium products
- prepare and organize drinks and glassware
- coordinate with bar staff to ensure availability of all beverages
- perform opening and closing procedures
- complete side work to support bar operations
