- prior experience as a cocktail server or bartender preferred
- strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take drink orders
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards
- provide exceptional customer service to guests
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and report any issues to management
- collect payment for drinks and process transactions accurately
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
