Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of local and federal alcohol service regulations
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service of drinks orders from casino guests
- communicates drink orders to bartender, assists with proper garnishes of drinks
- delivers drinks, collecting payment when required by company policy
- removes empty glasses and trash as needed
- assists the bartender in stocking and cleaning the bar area
- complies with department, state, and federal rules, regulations, as they pertain to service of alcoholic beverages
- maintains cleanliness and organization of the service area
