- Must be at least 21 years of age
- six months of related experience preferred
- must have excellent customer service skills
- must be able to walk for the duration of the shift
- must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds
- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- serve beverages promptly in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas
- circulate continuously throughout assigned work station
- carry and balance full trays of beverages
- receive and understand beverage orders
- relay drink orders to bartenders
- compute charges and accept payments
- provide complimentary beverages according to company policy
