- knowledge of beverage service standards and procedures
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Perform all tasks related to beverage service in a courteous and efficient manner
- take drink orders from guests
- obtain drinks from station
- garnish and ice drinks as necessary
- serve beverages to guests in the lounge areas or on the gaming floors
- maintain a clean station at all times
- maintain knowledge of current hotel and casino activities, beverage outlets and operations
- follow all check settlement and casino floor beverage control procedures
- promote good guest relations and accommodate any reasonable request
- complete tasks dictated by the Supervisor or Team Leader on duty
- perform other job-related duties as requested
