Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to state laws
- Ability to work flexible, sometimes long hours
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and coworkers at all times
- Complete opening and closing checklists according to standards
- Welcome guests, take drink orders, relay them to bartenders, process orders, deliver drinks, and receive payments
- Have knowledge of appropriate garnishes for each drink
- Process credit card and room charges
- Clear and clean tables when guests leave and return glasses to be washed
- Keep lounge area clean and free of debris at all times
- Follow all cash handling policies and prepare closing report for night audit
- Perform side work duties as scheduled
- Have full knowledge of state liquor laws
- Be familiar with the computer system
- Assist bartenders in preparing drinks when needed
- Help set up and break down hors d'oeuvres tables during cocktail hour
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
