Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- good sense of balance and physical stamina
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- willingness to adhere to dress code
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in cocktail or beverage service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of state and local liquor laws
- basic math skills for payment processing
- team player with a positive attitude
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Report to work as scheduled in proper uniform
- practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness
- set up lounge and complete opening and side work duties including cleaning and stocking
- greet lounge members promptly and make beverage suggestions
- take, record, and ring all food and beverage orders
- ensure member satisfaction and respond to requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of lounge and work areas
- adhere to state and local liquor laws and club policies
- assist fellow employees to enhance member dining experience
- communicate member concerns to Manager on Duty
- adhere to safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
- process payments correctly
- remain knowledgeable of standards and procedures from employee training
