Job Duties
- Provide guests with the freshest and most timely food service in the Spectator Bar
- Ensure all food is presentable and maintained at proper temperature
- Adhere to all governmental, DHEC, and Spectator standards for sanitation and cleanliness
- Assist the Spectator Bar team in prep, food and beverage execution under Bar Manager leadership
- Maintain a clean and organized back bar space and lobby lounge
- Communicate all orders clearly to Spectator Kitchen and Bar
- Make guests feel welcomed and assist with seating and order fulfillment
- Maintain awareness of BEO schedules and assist with event setup and breakdown
- Use Aloha POS accurately for guest checks and orders
- Promote and implement company policies and strategies
