Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a casino environment with exposure to second-hand smoke and noise
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of health and safety practices
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Serve cocktails and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to requests and providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar and service stations
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
