Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must successfully complete an alcohol certification training class
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays with variable overtime
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Serving drinks to guests on the casino floor with a smile
- Keeping the cocktail station clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Taking and entering drink orders via Info Genesis system
- Staying cool under pressure and rocking the shift with minimal supervision
- Pitching in where needed to support team efforts
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
- Maintaining compliance with alcohol certification and safety standards
