Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must be able to move quickly, stand, bend, and lift for periods of up to 4 hours
- Ability to carry large, heavy trays
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
- Experience with customer service in hospitality environment
- Previous experience serving alcoholic beverages preferred

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to guests
- Accurately take drink and food orders, relay them to bar or kitchen, and deliver efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage menu including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options
- Regularly clean tables, serving areas, and maintain service stations
- Assist in moving and arranging furniture for guest needs and special events
- Follow safety, health, and alcohol service regulations including verifying guest age
- Proactively suggest food and beverage pairings and promote specials
- Accurately handle guest payments and reconcile receipts
- Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and team members for seamless service
- Complete all assigned opening and closing duties
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
