Job Requirements

21+ years old
high school diploma or ged
2+ years of cocktail server experience in a fast-paced environment
willingness to obtain washington state food handler's permit within 30 days if not currently held
willingness to obtain class 12 or 13 alcohol server permit within 30 days if not currently held

strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a lively and fast-paced setting
previous casino experience preferred
washington state food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

Job Duties

fulfill beverage orders on the casino floor
provide high-quality customer service to guests
maintain knowledge of menu offerings and specials
ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
comply with all health and safety regulations
assist in training new servers as needed
handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
