Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum 1 year prior cocktail serving experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English language
- Working knowledge of alcoholic drinks
- Ability to meet company grooming and appearance standards
- Ability to interact with management, employees and guests in courteous manner
- Gaming Control Board registration
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry serving trays
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend and move freely throughout casino
- Ability to work in tobacco smoke and noisy environment
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Provide customer service to guests in efficient manner
- Remember frequent players and establish personal contact
- Understand and promote player tracking and casino promotions
- Take and deliver drink orders accurately
- Ensure customers meet minimum betting requirements before serving drinks
- Remove empty glasses and bottles
- Empty ashtrays and clean spills
- Comply with all federal, state, and local alcohol and safety laws
- Report or correct unsafe work conditions
- Assist with jackpot payouts as needed
