Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to be in compliance with state governmental liquor laws
- Minimum 1 year prior cocktail serving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and carry serving trays
- Must be able to stand walk bend and move freely throughout congested areas of casino
- Ability to work while being subjected to tobacco smoke and noise from casino environment
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English language

- Working knowledge of alcoholic drinks
- Ability to represent property with a friendly positive helpful approach
- Ability to meet company grooming hygiene and appearance standards
- Ability to interact with management employees and guests in an efficient effective courteous manner

Job Duties
- Provides customer service to Pioneer Crossing guests in efficient courteous manner endeavoring to remember frequent players and establish personal contact in order to make guest feel comfortable and welcome
- Understands and promotes the player tracking program and other casino promotions
- Takes and delivers drink orders accurately from customers in casino
- Ensures that customers are playing at the slot machines with minimum bet or greater prior to serving drinks
- Gives drink order requests to bartender
- Removes empty glasses and bottles from casino area
- Empties ashtrays cleans ashes and spills on slot machines
