Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Must be able to stand for entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
  • Flexible availability including long hours
  • Must maintain proper uniform and nametag
  • Regular attendance as required by schedule
  • Compliance with hotel standards and regulations

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to guests in an attentive courteous and efficient manner
  • Receive and deliver guest orders accurately and promptly
  • Collect payment from guests and process transactions
  • Communicate effectively with employees and guests verbally and in writing
  • Listen to and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests
  • Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
  • Participate in all required hotel meetings and trainings
