Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Flexible availability including long hours
- Must maintain proper uniform and nametag
- Regular attendance as required by schedule
- Compliance with hotel standards and regulations

Job Duties
- Provide high quality service to guests in an attentive courteous and efficient manner
- Receive and deliver guest orders accurately and promptly
- Collect payment from guests and process transactions
- Communicate effectively with employees and guests verbally and in writing
- Listen to and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests
- Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Participate in all required hotel meetings and trainings
