Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- completion of orientation and safety training
- additional trainings as assigned
- black nonslip shoes
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills
- ability to work under team management approach
- willingness to work any shift and weekends
- bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- basic computer aptitude
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions
- possession of Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission
- RBS certification as trained at Rolling Hills Casino
- Title 31 certification as trained by Rolling Hills Casino
- state issued Driver's license
Job Duties
- Sell alcoholic beverages and food to guests following established guidelines
- serve and refill complimentary beverages to guests
- deliver food items to guests on the casino floor
- remove dirty dishes and glassware from the casino floor as well as both occupied and unoccupied bar tables
- maintain a clean and stocked work area
- prepare fruit and vegetables for cocktail garnishes
- clean and neatly stock beverage stations with respective inventory
- transport and change soda bibs throughout the casino
- safely operate a dishwashing machine
- operate, balance, and reconcile cash and credit card transactions and follow proper procedures for closing and balancing till
- maintain a positive and professional team atmosphere with fellow staff
- relay any complaints, problems or positive remarks to Food and Beverage Shift Manager or Shift Supervisor
- perform other duties as assigned
