Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
minimum 1 year prior cocktail serving experience preferred
effective communication skills in English
knowledge of alcoholic drinks
ability to maintain grooming and hygiene standards
ability to interact effectively and courteously
Gaming Control Board Registration
able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry serving trays
able to stand, walk, bend, and move through congested casino areas
able to work amid tobacco smoke and noise
able to stand and walk for long periods

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age to comply with liquor laws
minimum 1 year prior cocktail serving experience preferred
able to communicate effectively in English
working knowledge of alcoholic drinks
ability to represent property with positive, friendly approach
ability to meet company grooming and appearance standards
ability to interact efficiently with management, employees, and guests

Job Duties

Provide customer service to guests in an efficient, courteous manner
remember frequent players and establish personal contact
promote player tracking program and casino promotions
take and deliver drink orders accurately
ensure customers have minimum bet or greater prior to serving drinks
give drink orders to bartender
remove empty glasses and bottles from casino area
empty ashtrays and clean spills on slot machines
comply with all alcohol and safety laws
report or correct unsafe work environment conditions
assist with jackpot payouts as needed
