Job Requirements
- applicants must be 18 years or older
- must be able to pass a pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol test
- must meet suitability standards including no felonies, warrants, or disqualifying misdemeanors
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. safely
- must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

- a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 6-month work experience in a related field preferred
Job Duties
- Record order and time received on a ticket to ensure prompt service
- answer questions regarding facilities and/or services
- deliver beverages promptly to patrons, maintaining speed and quality of service
- ring in and collect cash for drinks, keeping a record of transactions
- communicate to the bartender what drinks are needed and pay the bartender when the cocktail bar does not have the required items
- make and pour drinks from the cocktail bar
- receive and return the bank from the vault
- maintain a clean cocktail station and perform daily cleaning tasks
- perform other duties as assigned
