- knowledge of liquor, beer and wine brands and cocktails
- adherence to state liquor laws and company servsafe alcohol policies

- knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and specialty cocktails
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with state liquor laws and company alcohol policies
- must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- acknowledge all guests in the bar area with a friendly smile
- greet all guests within one minute
- know brands of liquor, beer and wine and specialty cocktails
- provide expert knowledge of all appetizers and food offerings along with regular dinner menu and featured specials
- follow all state liquor laws and company servsafe alcohol policies including proper id checking
