Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- Must pass random drug and controlled substance abuse tests
- Must pass background investigation
- Must obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
- Native American preference and or experience with Native American culture and government preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year customer service in a restaurant or bar preferred
- Ability to maintain positive guest relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
- Experience with Native American culture and government preferred
Job Duties
- Serve drinks to guests efficiently and professionally
- Demonstrate and promote positive guest relations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
- Comply with all regulatory and licensing requirements
- Assist in monitoring guest satisfaction
- Report any issues or incidents to the Beverage Supervisor
- Support team members during busy periods
