Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- frequent hand immersion in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications

- experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- comfortable conversing with customers
Job Duties
- Takes food and beverage orders
- enters orders quickly and in proper sequence
- serves food and beverages for guests in assigned and other sections
- coordinates with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food quality
- checks back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- maintains table appearance by pre-bussing and removing clutter
- presents checks and handles payments
- follows customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
- keeps station clean and organized
- sets up and takes down station tables appropriately
