Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be of legal drinking age
Ability to handle cash and point-of-sale systems

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a cocktail server or similar hospitality role
Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails and wines
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Familiarity with health and safety standards in food and beverage service

Job Duties

Provide beverage service to guests throughout the venue
Ensure quality assurance of both food and beverages served
Collaborate with bussers to maintain cleanliness and presentation of seating areas
Deliver consistent high standards of service to all guests
Act as a main point of contact for guests on the floor
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly
Assist with floor operations to support sales and service flow
