Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience as a server or cocktail server
  • Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about cocktails, wines, spirits, and food service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a server or cocktail server in luxury hospitality, hotels, or nightlife
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and food service, or the ability to quickly learn
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance with a passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, move gracefully in limited space, and lift up to 20 lbs

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional service, ensuring each guest feels welcome and cared for
  • Guide guests through the cocktail, wine, spirits, and food menus, offering thoughtful recommendations
  • Take and deliver orders accurately, ensuring cocktails, beverages, and food items are presented with precision and style
  • Anticipate guest needs, monitor tables, and respond promptly to requests
  • Work closely with bartenders, the bar general manager, and the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of service areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
  • Handle all transactions with accuracy, following restaurant procedures
  • Comply with all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
