Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must be available to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
- must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching with hands and arms, and using fingers and wrists for extended periods
- must be able to communicate effectively, including speaking and hearing in a busy kitchen environment
- must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds on occasion
- must be able to tolerate and work in various kitchen environments including high temperatures and humidity, cold conditions in walk-in coolers and freezers, and noisy, fast-paced environments with frequent interruptions
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of fine dining or cocktail hospitality experience
- luxury service strongly preferred
- extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- excellent guest interaction, problem-solving, and communication skills
- a high level of personal grooming, poise, and professionalism
- a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous learning
- proficient in using modern POS systems and digital ordering tools
- previous experience in private dining or events is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver attentive, seamless, and discreet service according to brand standards
- guide guests through menu offerings with expert knowledge of cocktail program, cooking styles, and accompaniments
- partner with the bar and culinary team to provide informed food and cocktail service
- execute precise service flow with attention to timing, presentation, and guest comfort
- handle special requests with professionalism and discretion
- maintain an impeccable appearance and a calm, confident presence
