- Prior experience in a luxury hospitality setting preferred
- Valid alcohol service certification if required by state

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a server or cocktail server in luxury hospitality, hotels, or nightlife
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and food service, or the ability to quickly learn
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- Professional appearance with a passion for hospitality and guest service
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods, move gracefully in limited space, and lift up to 20 lbs
Job Duties
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service, ensuring each guest feels welcome and cared for
- Guide guests through the cocktail, wine, spirits, and food menus, offering thoughtful recommendations
- Take and deliver orders accurately, ensuring cocktails, beverages, and food items are presented with precision and style
- Anticipate guest needs, monitor tables, and respond promptly to requests
- Work closely with bartenders, the bar general manager, and the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of service areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Handle all transactions with accuracy, following restaurant procedures
- Comply with all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
