Job Requirements

Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun working environment
Attentiveness and discretion dealing with high-end clientele
Must have good communication skills
Must be detail-oriented
Ability to maintain calm under pressure
Must possess or be willing to obtain Serv Safe certification

Job Qualifications

3+ years experience in private country club, high-end restaurant or luxury hotel a plus
Excellent ability to establish rapport and professional relationship with staff and members
Proven good judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent immediate problem-solving skills
Ability to adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
Serv Safe certification a plus
Professional appearance
POS savvy
Strong culinary knowledge

Job Duties

Serve guests in VIP members only lounge utilizing fine dining etiquette
Upsell products and present proper bottle service
Bartend as needed
Responsible for post event clean up
