Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
must comply with all health codes and regulations
must have and maintain an Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training
must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends
must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure safety of guests
must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
previous cocktail service experience preferred
good oral and written communication skills
knowledge of casino environment preferred
thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service
ability to work all shifts and weekends
possession of Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training

Job Duties

Provide cocktail service to guests
comply with all health codes and regulations
monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
communicate effectively with guests and team members
use Info Genesis System for order and inventory management
work flexible shifts including weekends
tolerate environment with secondary smoke, noise, and bright lights
