Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum six months of related experience or training
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Ability to perform simple math operations
Ability to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's card
Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
No driving responsibilities required
Must be able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
Must maintain a neat and clean appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced casino and resort environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Ability to perform basic math operations
Experience managing cash transactions accurately and securely
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during busy periods

Job Duties

Take orders and payments from guests while adhering to service and brand standards
Order alcoholic beverages from bartenders and deliver drinks promptly to guests
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests attentively and respectfully
Complete service check-ins by removing trash, empty glasses, bottles, and ashtrays
Inquire with guests regarding additional cocktail or drink service continuously
Maintain beverage expertise including knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails
Collect accurate payments using the cash and carry system
Maintain a clean organized workstation and complete daily side-work
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure floor coverage
Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations
