Job Requirements

Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good physical stamina
Ability to handle cash and POS systems
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of beverage recipes and garnishing techniques preferred
Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

Ensure drinks are served promptly in less than five minutes
Garnish and prepare drinks according to recipe
Offer and deliver drink refills to guests
Accommodate special guest requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area
Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
Assist with other duties as needed per management instruction
