Job Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beverage recipes and garnishing techniques preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Ensure drinks are served promptly in less than five minutes
- Garnish and prepare drinks according to recipe
- Offer and deliver drink refills to guests
- Accommodate special guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
- Assist with other duties as needed per management instruction
