Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
requires at least 6 months of related serving experience
ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs
ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for normal job functions
ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions
ability to converse comfortably with customers
frequent immersion of hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Qualifications

experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
demonstrates ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs

effective verbal communication skills
basic reading and comprehension skills

Job Duties

Takes food and beverage orders
places orders
delivers orders
checks back after delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
observes guests to respond to additional needs
maintains table appearance by pre-bussing and checking drink levels
removes clutter
provides adequate napkins
presents check for payment and provides change as needed
follows customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
keeps station clean
sets up and takes down station tables appropriately
