Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in full service restaurant preferred
- knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- ability to lift up to 35lbs
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong multitasking and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
- maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
- proactively anticipate the needs of coworkers around them
- have extensive knowledge on the beverages offered on the menu and mastery of the food menu to guide guests towards appropriate choices
- use organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
- ensure that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
- build rapport with guests to increase repeat clientele
