Job Requirements

Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
at least six months of related serving experience
able to lift and move up to 20 pounds
able to walk, bend, twist, and stand during shifts
able to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
able to frequently immerse hands in water and chemical solutions
able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Minimum six months of related serving experience
experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner
knowledge of customer service and cash handling procedures
ability to follow instructions and company policies
good communication skills
able to multitask effectively

Job Duties

Take food and beverage orders
enter orders quickly and accurately
serve food and beverages to guests
coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
check back with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction
maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and removing clutter
present check for payment and handle cash transactions
follow company customer service and safety policies
keep station clean and set up or take down tables as needed
