Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Three to six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment
- Must have vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer print outs, written instructions and to observe entire restaurant in dimly lit conditions
- Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand, and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverages
- Able to read, speak and understand English
- Able to lift, push, carry 20 to 40 lbs
- Stand continuously for long periods of time
- Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests
- Tips Certification required

Job Duties
- Greet and take drink orders from lounge guests, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests
- Remain attentive to guests throughout the lounge experience, adhering to or exceeding service standards
- Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items
- Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, brand selections, prices, and garnishes
- Responsible for lounge setup including replenishing snacks, emptying ashtrays, controlling recorded music, ambience, and bussing tables
- Maximize sales using menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques
- Conduct oneself professionally and maintain appearance and uniform standards
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of lounge and service areas
- Collect accurate payment from guests and ensure responsible service to prevent intoxication
- Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with co-workers and supervisors
- Handle guest service issues immediately and professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
