Job Requirements

Must be at least state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
At least 6 months of closely related serving experience
Preferably work experience in a high volume or fast casual dining environment
Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner
Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of related serving experience
Experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
Ability to interact with customers and coworkers friendly and enthusiastically
Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and policies
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
Enter orders in the proper sequence
Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned and other sections
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service and food quality
Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and checking drink levels
Present checks for payment and handle cash transactions
Follow customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
