Job Requirements

  • Must be at least state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • At least 6 months of closely related serving experience
  • Preferably work experience in a high volume or fast casual dining environment
  • Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
  • Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of related serving experience

Job Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
  • Enter orders in the proper sequence
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned and other sections
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service and food quality
  • Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and checking drink levels
  • Present checks for payment and handle cash transactions
  • Follow customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
