Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Six months to one year related experience preferred
  • Must pass all training tests with 85 percent or higher
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
  • Ability to follow all policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months to one year related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HCR culinary cocktails, wine, beer, and spirit offerings
  • Ability to provide high quality service and hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must pass all required training tests with at least 85 percent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Serve beverages to guests from the bar including adding appropriate garnishes
  • Assist servers with guest requests including conveying new orders
  • Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to the bar or kitchen
  • Stock service areas with supplies and garnishes
  • Check guests' identification for age verification
  • Monitor guests' physical condition and alcohol consumption according to policy
  • Carry ice buckets and heavy trays of beverages to dining areas
