Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations as needed
- Dependable and punctual reporting to work as scheduled
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to carry and lift heavy trays and ice buckets
- Completion of training tests with a minimum score of 85 percent
- Compliance with all policies regarding attendance and alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass all training tests with a score of 85 percent or higher
- Six months to one year of related experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems a plus
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beverage service standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Job Duties
- Serve beverages to guests from the bar adding appropriate garnishes as required
- Be knowledgeable about culinary cocktails wine beer and spirit offerings
- Assist servers with guest requests including conveying new orders
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to bar or kitchen for cleaning
- Stock service areas with supplies and garnishes as required
- Check guests' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Monitor guests' physical condition and alcohol consumption following all policies taking appropriate steps to reduce alcohol-related issues
- Carry ice buckets from ice machine to wells and carry heavy trays of beverages from bar to dining room
- Report to work as scheduled and follow attendance policies
