Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • pass all training tests with a minimum score of 85 percent
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • ability to wear required personal protective equipment
  • willingness to work in a high energy, moderately noisy environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • six months to one year of related experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
  • knowledge of HCR culinary cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits preferred
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • friendly and energetic demeanor
  • neat and well-groomed appearance
  • ability to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Serve beverages to guests from the bar
  • add appropriate garnishes as required
  • assist servers with guest requests and communicate new orders
  • clear dishes and glassware from tables
  • stock service areas with supplies and garnishes
  • check guests' identification for age verification
  • monitor guests' physical condition and alcohol consumption according to policy
  • carry ice buckets and trays of beverages to dining areas
  • report to work on time and adhere to attendance policies
