Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- pass all training tests with a minimum score of 85 percent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally
- dependable and punctual
- ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- ability to wear required personal protective equipment
- willingness to work in a high energy, moderately noisy environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months to one year of related experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- knowledge of HCR culinary cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits preferred
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- neat and well-groomed appearance
- ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Serve beverages to guests from the bar
- add appropriate garnishes as required
- assist servers with guest requests and communicate new orders
- clear dishes and glassware from tables
- stock service areas with supplies and garnishes
- check guests' identification for age verification
- monitor guests' physical condition and alcohol consumption according to policy
- carry ice buckets and trays of beverages to dining areas
- report to work on time and adhere to attendance policies
