Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
six months to one year related experience preferred
ability to pass training tests with 85 percent or higher
ability to stand and walk constantly during shifts
ability to lift and carry 11-20 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
ability to work safely following all safety policies
ability to wear personal protective equipment including facemasks, non-slip shoes, and back belts
active listening skills
ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers

Job Duties

Serve beverages to guests from the bar including proper garnishes
assist servers with guest requests and convey new orders
clear glassware and dishes from tables and counters
stock service areas with supplies and garnishes
check guests' identification for age compliance
monitor guests' physical condition and alcohol consumption according to policy
carry ice buckets and heavy trays of beverages
report to work dependably and punctually
follow all attendance policies
