Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • six months to one year related experience preferred
  • ability to pass training tests with 85 percent or higher
  • ability to stand and walk constantly during shifts
  • ability to lift and carry 11-20 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to work safely following all safety policies
  • ability to wear personal protective equipment including facemasks, non-slip shoes, and back belts
  • active listening skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers

Job Duties

  • Serve beverages to guests from the bar including proper garnishes
  • assist servers with guest requests and convey new orders
  • clear glassware and dishes from tables and counters
  • stock service areas with supplies and garnishes
  • check guests' identification for age compliance
  • monitor guests' physical condition and alcohol consumption according to policy
  • carry ice buckets and heavy trays of beverages
  • report to work dependably and punctually
  • follow all attendance policies
