Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Open availability preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare portion cook and present a variety of cold and/or hot foods for multiple meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special events catering
- Follow complex recipes and/or product instructions
- Produce small and large batches of products using an advanced and complete range of classical and contemporary cooking serving and decorating techniques
- Supervise train and assign duties to production staff
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other assigned duties which may vary between accounts based on business needs and client requirements
