- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of cold and/or hot foods accurately and efficiently for various meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events catering
- Follow complex recipes and/or product guidelines
- Produce small and large batches of products using an advanced and complete range of classical and contemporary techniques for cooking, serving, and decorating
- Supervise, train, and assign tasks to production staff
- Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time and with sufficient regularity
- Perform other assigned tasks which may vary by account based on business needs and client requirements
