Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- must have a passion for hospitality and providing excellent service
- ability to work various shifts including first, second, rotating, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred but not required
- strong interest in culinary arts and hospitality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn new cooking techniques and food trends
- availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare dishes according to recipes created by the executive chef
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations
- ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory management and stock supplies
- participate in the hat development program for personal growth
