Job Requirements

Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare line-cooked dishes following recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
Work various kitchen stations to gain comprehensive culinary skills
Collaborate with team members and support the kitchen flow
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Assist with inventory and ingredient preparation
Support the training and development programs
