Job Duties
- Prepare meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables in large quantities using various cooking methods
- season and cook all cuts of meats, fish, and poultry
- boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- prepare sauces, soups, roasts, meat pies, stews, casseroles, and other meals
- attend work and report to scheduled shifts on time and with regularity
- perform other tasks as assigned which may vary by account based on business needs and client requirements
- promote a safe and healthy work environment
- collaborate effectively with team members
