Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting
Ability to follow instructions and multitask
Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Minimum two years of cooking experience
Ability to read tickets in English and follow recipes and protocols
Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Experience in a team-oriented setting

Job Duties

Prepare food items at various kitchen stations including grill, fryer, and finishing
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation during service hours
Maintain accurate food inventory counts
Store food properly at correct temperatures
Rotate stock items following FIFO procedures
Clean and sanitize food preparation and kitchen areas during and after shifts
